Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, GIS, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 9+ years of experience in solution architecture, with 5+ focused on enterprise GIS.
• Deep hands‑on experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and related components.
• Strong background in SQL Server, identity management, networking, and security principles.
• Experience with FME Flow/Server and advanced data integration patterns.
• Proven ability to design and document hybrid cloud/on‑prem architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to work across teams and lead architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain engaging training materials in multiple formats (eLearning,
facilitator/learner guides, PowerPoints, videos, microlearning, handouts, and job aids).
• Balance speed with quality, producing professional, polished content by defined deadlines
while maintaining accuracy and instructional integrity.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts in the Elections Division and local election offices to
ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and easy to apply.
• Translate complex election processes, regulations, and laws into clear, accessible, and
engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences.
• Support both in-person and virtual training delivery using Microsoft Teams and other tools.
• Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on
feedback and results.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality
