Description
Responsibilities:
Create, edit, and maintain technical documents, manuals, work instructions, and procedures.
Review and update documentation to reflect product and process changes.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams.
Organize technical information into clear, user-friendly documentation.
Ensure documents comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Support document control, version management, and revision activities.
Proofread documents for grammar, formatting, consistency, and technical accuracy.
Prepare patient-facing and medical device documentation when required.
Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience writing technical or patient-facing documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the medical device or regulated industry.
Knowledge of document control and quality management systems.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong editing, proofreading, and technical writing skills.
