The key person will develop and deliver online training modules in Adobe Captivate across programs focused on Safety, Oversight, and Quality (SOQ), using content provided by staff.
Trainings include: an eight-module dementia course for case managers and staff, at least two community care provider sessions, online training for adult foster home licensors, and nursing facility program training.
Must have extensive experience in creating online courses with Adobe Captivate and be available for at least 20 hours weekly. Some work may be remote, but regular onsite meetings in Salem, Oregon, are required during business hours.
The role also involves technical writing, including creating, editing, and packaging technical documents like proposals, manuals, and reports, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio. Experience with software collaboration tools is advantageous.
