This role oversees a multi-site team of technical specialists to research, develop, and deliver aircraft training that ensures safe and efficient manufacturing, maintenance, and operations.
Essential duties include ensuring training accuracy, managing program delivery, fostering teamwork and supplier relationships, and maintaining training schedules and budgets.
Additional responsibilities involve travel to sites, securing proprietary information, and performing other assigned tasks.
Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, 10+ years in aviation (preferably Gulfstream experience), 5+ years in training, instructor development, and supervisory skills. A&P license is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, blueprint reading, and media equipment use is essential.
