The Technical Training Manager oversees a multi-site team of technical specialists to develop and deliver aircraft training that ensures safe and efficient manufacturing, maintenance, and operations.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 10+ years in the aviation industry and 5+ years in training, preferably with Gulfstream experience. A&P license and instructor training are preferred.

Key responsibilities involve ensuring technical accuracy of training programs, meeting contractual obligations, fostering teamwork and supplier relationships, managing budgets, and coordinating practical training activities.

Additional duties include travel to various sites, maintaining proprietary information security, and performing other assigned tasks. Skills in MS Office, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and media equipment are required. Strong communication in English is essential.
