Technical Trades Instructor

We're seeking an experienced Technical Trades Instructor to lead a hybrid training program combining hands-on labs, virtual sessions, and self-paced learning.

• Teach core skills in HVACR, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and construction.
• Conduct engaging in-person and virtual classes connecting theory with real-world applications.
• Mentor learners at all levels, emphasizing safety and industry readiness.
• Maintain labs and ensure industry standards are met.

• Requires 5+ years of trade experience, strong communication, and passion for teaching.
• Comfort with tools, technology, and hybrid environments.
• Commitment to OSHA safety standards.

Preferred certifications include EPA Universal, OSHA 10/30, or Journeyman licenses, along with curriculum development and hybrid teaching experience.
