    Embark on a Journey of Impactful Adventure

    To plan, organize, and deliver value-driven skill development programs to participants in accordance with YMCA goals and objectives. Technical Theater Instructor leads classes for ages 10-18 in set, lighting, sound, costumes, makeup, and stage crew. Guides students in production skills, supports Mainstage shows, and provides safe, organized classroom and theater supervision.

    What You'll Do

    • Plans, organizes and leads specific activities, routines and/or games for all participants.
    • Leads with enthusiasm and positive motivation in program.
    • Organizes and maintains program records including, but not limited to: attendance records, rosters, etc.
    • Manages all equipment.
    • Maintains a clean and risk-free environment.
    • Communicates effectively and timely with program participants and parents.
    • Ensures all children are picked up by a parent.
    • Promotes other YMCA programs by handing out brochures, answering questions, or referral to appropriate person.
    • Ensures compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
