Detailed Job Description
" Has hands-on experience with Eclipse-based healthcare applications, supporting claims processing, configuration, and policy-driven workflows within payer ecosystems.
" Strong understanding of end-to-end claims lifecycle, benefits setup, and adjudication processes, enabling effective collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
" Strong QA leadership across claims adjudication and provider workflows
" Expertise in end-to-end test strategy, execution, and defect management
" Experience managing upstream/downstream integrations
" Focus on test data readiness, environment alignment, and release assurance
" Proven ability to drive cross-functional coordination and reduce defect leakage
