Summary: As a Data Center Technician supporting Power Ups, you serve as a primary resolver for your support team, bringing comprehensive knowledge of all supported power-up equipment and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware infrastructure issues independently. You possess basic to intermediate system administration and scripting skills, enabling you to perform remote administration tasks within a virtual team and automate processes to improve operational efficiency.
As a Technical Support Technician, you will create and maintain thorough documentation on power-up technologies, effectively mentor and transfer knowledge to junior staff, and act as their initial escalation point for technical issues. A strong problem-solver who can innovate and make independent decisions, you work autonomously to resolve most support issues, execute small projects on your own, and partner with your manager to plan and deliver larger local initiatives-all while demonstrating the ability to take direction when given and maintain meticulous attention to detail across all aspects of power-up operations.
