Job Summary

Provide technical support for supercharger systems and related vehicle components

Assist customers with troubleshooting, product support, and order-related questions

Support internal sales and engineering teams with technical knowledge and customer feedback
Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for supercharger systems and performance components

Assist customers with troubleshooting and product-related inquiries

Support parts order entry and processing

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to resolve technical issues

Assist with retail sales support as needed

Maintain strong product knowledge of engines, accessory drive systems, and vehicle modifications
