Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Support Specialist. The preferred location for this position is Sparks, NV but open to 100% remote.
Overview: Join a global Japanese enterprise environment supporting a large-scale manufacturing client, focusing on data & analytics platforms that drive business operations and insights. In this role, you'll provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and user assistance across data tools, reporting platforms, and analytics systems-ensuring reliability and performance for business users. You will work cross-functionally with internal IT, data teams, and end users to resolve issues, support platform adoption, and maintain data workflows in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
