• 1 year of experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Windows-based applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple support requests efficiently
• Strong customer service skills with a professional, client-first approach
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based IT environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide inbound and outbound technical support via phone and email
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and network systems
• Deliver timely, professional, and customer-focused technical assistance
• Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in ticketing systems
• Collaborate with internal team members to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems
• Ensure accurate tracking and follow-up of support requests to maintain service quality
