The Technical Support Specialist will provide excellent customer service and support to customers on a variety of issues. Identifies researches and resolves technical problems. This individual will have the responsibility to respond to telephone calls email instant messages and in person requests for technical support. This person has knowledge of commonly used concepts practices platforms and procedures within an IT and Service Desk Field. Qualified candidates for this position have a passion for excellence outstanding communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to readily build relationships over the phone. Additionally a qualified candidate must be quality focused an effective team player and be motivated to outperform in this position. This person must also be proficient in time management to balance customer needs and continually exceed customer expectations. This individual must also take ownership of the customer issue life-cycle from logging the issue to its resolution and customer follow up.
