Position: Technical Support Representative

Pay:$18/ hr once converted to perm pay increase $20/hr
Duration: Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Schedule:
Must be available to work Monday – Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Must be available to work rotating Saturdays (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Must be willing to work holidays
When scheduled on Saturday, you will receive a weekday off in addition to Sunday
Job Description:
The Technical Support Representative is responsible for supporting customers with general service inquiries and advanced technical troubleshooting. This role combines customer service, technical support, warranty review, and problem resolution while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
A GREAT candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers. Experience in technical support, appliance support, plumbing, filtration systems, or similar environments is highly preferred.
Job Duties:
Provide professional and customer-focused support via phone and email
Troubleshoot technical product issues, installation concerns, leaks, and system performance problems
Guide customers through diagnostic processes and identify root causes
Utilize photos, videos, and remote assistance tools to support issue resolution
Review and apply warranty policies accurately and consistently
Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and case details in Salesforce CRM
Coordinate with customers, plumbers, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution
Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, warranty coverage, and technical concerns
Support first-call resolution whenever possible
Maintain detailed and accurate records within Salesforce and SAP systems
Provide feedback regarding recurring product issues and process improvements
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Previous technical support, troubleshooting, appliance support, plumbing, filtration, or product support experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Must be able to work Saturdays and holidays
