Job Title: Technical Support / Stagehand (Entry-Level Welcome)
Location: Carlstadt, NJ (On-Site)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
$28 per hour/ up to 60k perm
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Technical Support / Stagehand to join our team in Carlstadt, NJ. This is a great opportunity for someone entry-level who has a passion for theater, stage production, or entertainment lighting and is eager to grow their technical skills in a supportive environment.
This role combines in-house technical support with occasional hands-on staging and lighting assistance, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both problem-solving and working behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
Provide product support to customers via phone and email
Process and manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs)
Evaluate, troubleshoot, and assist with repair of returned products
Assist with quoting and coordination of repairs
Maintain and update internal knowledge base of product issues and solutions
Support on-site installation and troubleshooting of theatrical lighting equipment (occasional travel may be required)
Assist with stagehand duties including setup and breakdown of lighting equipment when needed
Complete special projects and tasks in a timely and professional manner
Track and report monthly support activity metrics
Perform additional duties as assigned
Pay Details: $28.00 to $29.00 per hour
