Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for cross-functional partners and provide professional troubleshooting solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Conduct training sessions and seminars: Assist partners to finish SDK or DSP integration and ensure the normal operation of cooperation.
- Assist the business development team in collecting and organizing feedback from developers. Also, feedback should be given to the product managers to help with product feature updates.
- Give ad monetization optimization suggestions and share with partners the best practices through data analysis. Also being able to summarize technical documents and FAQs.
- Familiar with advertising monetization products, SDK, or Ad exchange platforms.
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate/ Postgraduate degree in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience), with experience as a service-based engineer
- Proficient in Android/iOS. Ability to use SQL for data query. Possess a solid programming foundation.
- Have good communication skills, logic skills, learning ability, and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Be able to adapt to the fast-paced and metrics-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English is required to collaborate with global partners, including Engineering teams based in Mandarin-speaking regions. These interactions include leading and participating in meetings that are conducted in Chinese as well as corresponding in chat or emails.
