As a Technical Support Associate professional, you will help customers better understand available wireless solutions while ensuring each interaction is informative, efficient, and aligned with current marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating clearly, and working in a hands-on environment.
Core Responsibilities as a Technical Support Associate:
- Assist customers in person as part of the Wireless Solutions Support team.
- Provide clear explanations of wireless services and available options as a Wireless Solutions Support.
- Support outreach efforts tied to ongoing marketing campaigns.

Requirements for Wireless Solutions Support:
