Kforce has a client in Denver, CO that is seeking a Technical Support Analyst for a hybrid role.

Overview: We are seeking a Technology Support Analyst to support daily IT operations, enhance user productivity, and ensure a secure, reliable technology environment. This role combines hands-on support, systems analysis, and vendor coordination, serving as the primary in-house IT resource while partnering with a managed service provider (MSP).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1-2 end-user support for laptops, mobile devices, collaboration tools, and business applications
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Zoom, RingCentral, and related systems
  • Analyze workflows and recommend technology improvements
  • Manage user provisioning, MFA, and access controls (Entra ID)
  • Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, licensing)
  • Coordinate with MSP on escalations, patching, and infrastructure support
  • Support business applications (e.g., Salesforce) and gather user requirements
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and asset inventory
  • Maintain documentation and assist with security and compliance initiatives
