Role: Source top caliber candidates through conventional and
unconventional resources (i.e. networking, referrals, online searches,
internet postings, social media, user/technical groups, etc.) Screen
candidates effectively (i.e. Resume, Interviews, Reference Checks)
Negotiate wages/salaries Be comfortable on the phone Must be comfortable
working with high-level hiring managers Understand and interpret
customer's job descriptions Attend virtual meetings with hiring
managers to understand their requirements Respond to client questions in
