    Job SummaryIn the Mix‑Signal and Linear Division (MSLD) we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Validation Engineer to join our staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a focus on validating the performance and reliability. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our new products meet or exceed the rigorous standards required by our diverse clientele.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute detailed validation plans for new designs, including defining test requirements, creating test fixtures, and selecting appropriate equipment.Collaborate with design engineers to understand architectures and identify critical performance parameters.Perform bench‑level testing and characterization, analyzing performance across various operating conditions.Troubleshoot and debug new ICs to identify root causes of failures and work with the design team to implement solutions.Document validation results and provide comprehensive reports, including recommendations for product improvements.Support the creation of datasheets and application notes by providing accurate performance data.Participate in design reviews and provide validation perspectives to ensure product quality and reliability.Maintain up to‑date knowledge of semiconductor technology trends, testing methodologies, and industry best practices.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
