Job Summary
The Technical Solutions Manager is responsible for providing technical expertise for our existing clients on complex mechanical projects. This role combines technical knowledge with consultative selling to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide customers through project planning, estimating, and execution while ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Essential Duties
Technical Support
Collaborate with client success teams to identify and pursue new opportunities for mechanical and electrical projects.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified pursuits.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
Understand client objectives and provide solutions that align with their goals.
Coordinate with operations to establish strategic priorities, measure capacity, and ensure accurate workforce forecasting.
Project Estimating & Scoping
Conduct site visits and gather data for accurate project estimates.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and scope documents.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure feasibility and compliance.
Trusted Advisor Role
Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Offer insights and recommendations that add value beyond the initial sale.
Provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
