CTG is seeking an experienced Technical Solution Architect to support our client in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise technology solutions. This role will provide technical leadership across the full solution lifecycle, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and market-ready solutions. Location: Milwaukee, WI Duration: 12 months Key Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs. Design scalable, reliable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions. Lead end-to-end architecture initiatives across multi-system and multi-network environments. Apply DevSecOps methodologies for solution design, development, testing, and deployment. Define implementation strategies and technology roadmaps. Support platform architecture, network architecture, APIs, cloud solutions, and system integrations. Collaborate with development, operations, testing, regulatory, billing, deployment, and vendor teams. Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout project execution and delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong expertise in software platforms, software development, and deployment processes. Proficiency with API technologies and Open API standards. Experience with cloud-based solutions and enterprise architecture. Knowledge of voice and mobility services and network architecture. Strong analytical, solutioning, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multi-organization environments. Experience with DevSecOps principles and secure solution delivery. Preferred Skills: Experience with vendor management and cross-functional coordination. Familiarity with operations, billing, regulatory, testing, and deployment functions. Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience; OR Master's degree in a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $55.00 to $60.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
