About the job

As a Technical Services Program Manager, you will be responsible for defining an ambitious operational outlook, strategic roadmap, and performance goals for electrical infrastructure across a landscape of commercial offices, research labs, and data centers. You will lead an ecosystem of outsourced service providers, technical consultants, and internal stakeholders to deliver infrastructure performance. You will be the single point of accountability for your programs, developing partnerships with suppliers to elevate day-to-day experience of building occupants, eliminate disruptions caused by electrical infrastructure, and support the delivery of a holistic workplace experience that empowers collaboration, productivity, and well-being for Googlers.

In this role, you will drive core objectives focused on electrical reliability, efficiency, and AI integration. Specifically, you will drive an AI-native agenda to enhance infrastructure management, leading strategic supplier relationships, leveraging data-driven insights for performance management, and providing financial and creative leadership to ensure systems scale with Google"s growth.
