Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3-5 years of technical experience in manufacturing, strong communication skills, knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical principles, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and leadership abilities.
Travel may be required for meetings with customers and stakeholders.
