What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead technical support initiatives that optimize cement performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with customers, sales teams, and operations to identify solutions and drive successful product applications.
  • Analyze product performance data and provide recommendations that improve manufacturing and customer outcomes.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert, delivering training, presentations, and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across functions to support product development, continuous improvement, and market growth opportunities.

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated expertise in cement manufacturing, concrete technology, construction materials, or related technical disciplines.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop practical, customer-focused solutions.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills with customers, commercial teams, and operational partners.
  • Capability to influence, collaborate, and lead technical projects across multiple stakeholders and locations.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Work Environment

  • Primarily field and office-based role with regular travel to customer sites, plants, laboratories, and industry events.
  • Frequent interaction with customers, operations, technical teams, and commercial stakeholders.
  • May require work in industrial environments, including manufacturing facilities, with appropriate safety equipment and procedures.
  • Flexible schedule may be required to support customer needs, operational priorities, and project deadlines.

  • Competitive base salary, $86,850 to $115,797, and participation in our annual incentive plan.
