SAIC is seeking a Technical Services Analyst who will support our Joint Range Extension (JRE) Program as a Mission Support Representative. This role is onsite in San Diego, CA. Will need to be local to area.
JRE Mission Support is the first tier of support for the JRE system. The JRE program has been supporting the war fighter for over 25 years. Starting out as an Air Force program (JTEP), the JRE is now supporting all branches of the United States military. In addition to sales throughout the US, the JRE has also spread into many NATO Coalition forces such as, Royal Australian Air Force, Canadian Air Force, Republic of Korea Air Force and more.
JOB DUTIES:
- Responsible for interacting with customers, both over the phone and on site, to provide them with the expertise needed to successfully execute their mission.
- Will be expected to travel to customer locations, both CONUS and OCONUS, for Information Assurance updates, teaching classes, installations, troubleshooting systems and more.
- 24/7 Mission Support and JTEP Technical Service Desk phone support.
- Return Merchandise Authority troubleshooting and resolution.
- JRE operator/maintainer Training.
- On-site customer support both CONUS and OCONUS (up to 40% travel).
- JRE Demonstrations.
- Information Assurance updates.
- Imaging/reimaging JRE hard drives.
- Troubleshooting ancillary equipment such as cables and radios.
- Windows, Linux and Solaris system administration.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of Link 16/JREAP/TDL, or equivalent, experience.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must have an Active Secret Clearance.
- Positive can-do attitude with a good work ethic.
Desired:
- 3+ years in Multi-TDL experience.
- Experience working within JICC as an ICO, JICO, or military datalink maintainer.
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
