The Technical Services 3PL Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily logistics and technical service operations within a third-party logistics (3PL) environment. This role bridges supply chain management and technical support by leading teams responsible for hardware staging, software configuration, diagnostics, repair, reverse logistics, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
The supervisor ensures operational efficiency, compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This position works closely with warehouse personnel, technical support teams, vendors, and clients to coordinate the deployment, maintenance, and tracking of technical equipment and assets.
