Summary:
Based on-site in Agawam, MA, this role assists in managing the technical lifecycle of GAC products by delivering expert sales support and field service via phone or in person. Key functions include system recommendations, providing real-time technical troubleshooting, conducting customer training, and performing on-site visits. The role also oversees the creation and management of service documentation. Collaboration is required across all GAC disciplines, specifically Engineering, Quality, and Production, to align technical solutions with organizational standards. Domestic and international travel may be required for approximately 10% of the role’s activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a related industry (e.g., engine manufacturing/service, industrial equipment, generator packaging, or vehicle controls) and exposure to customer-facing roles for product recommendations and customer service.
Sales / Marketing:
Education and/or Experience
B.S. in Engineering preferred (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics) or 5+ years of equivalent industry experience.
