POSITION SUMMARY
The Technical Remediation Manager is responsible for providing technical guidance and training on intervention activities within the Pure Earth’s Global Lead Program including those focused on contaminated site assessment, risk reduction, project design, and implementation of risk mitigation measures. It is anticipated that many such contaminated sites will be related to informal used lead acid battery (ULAB) recycling. The Technical Remediation Manager will also collaborate in the development of technical publications and resources, and may represent Pure Earth with donors, governments, and other stakeholders, as appropriate.
Reporting to the Senior Technical Advisor, the Technical Remediation Manager will sit within Pure Earth’s Technical Unit, working alongside colleagues from the Programs Department and other internal and external technical advisors.

This is a full-time exempt position with a compensation range of $80,000 -$96,900(L4). Additional compensation may be considered for highly qualified candidates. This role is eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid holidays, paid sick time, paid parental leave, 401(k) plan participation, and life and disability insurance.
