We are seeking a Technical Recruiter (Supercomputing/ML) to lead high-impact hiring efforts as we scale our innovative AI hardware company.
- Own full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offers, focusing on quality and speed.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and advocate for candidates and company needs.
- Proactively source candidates from unconventional channels and attend industry events.
- Facilitate interview processes, track performance, and manage closing in collaboration with leadership.
- Continuously improve recruiting systems and candidate experience.
You should have 5+ years of experience recruiting technical talent, evaluate both technical and cultural fit, and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with AI, hardware, or semiconductor talent.
