Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent, collaborating with hiring managers, giving candidate tours, and managing offers.
Requires a bachelor's degree with 1+ years of recruiting experience or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred skills include 2+ years in technical, high-volume, or specialized recruiting (e.g., engineers, skilled labor), sourcing via non-standard methods, and strong relationship-building with candidates and leaders.
Must be onsite full-time with flexible hours, including weekends, and operate autonomously within a collaborative team.
