We're seeking our first in-house recruiter to build and lead talent acquisition from scratch, focusing mainly on software engineering roles (
~90%) and supporting business hires (~10%).
The role involves selecting an ATS, creating sourcing strategies, establishing workflows, developing metrics, and delivering an engaging candidate experience.
You will own full-cycle recruiting, develop engineering networks, leverage AI tools for sourcing and automation, and partner with hiring managers to define role success.
Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, strong technical networks, and familiarity with AI recruiting tools.
Based in NYC, the role offers a salary of $140K-$160K, equity, health benefits, 401K, paid time off, and a collaborative culture.
