We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles in a fast-growing AI-focused company.
- Own the entire hiring process from job description to offer extension, partnering with hiring managers to meet hiring goals.
- Build diverse candidate pipelines using sourcing, networking, and research methods.
- Create an exceptional candidate experience through effective communication and streamlined processes.
- Manage recruiting projects and continuously improve hiring strategies.
- Require 3+ years in-house technical recruiting, strong sourcing, and project management skills.
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments preferred, with a focus on collaboration, adaptability, and results.
