This role will begin as a contract role with the potential to convert to a full time permanent position.

$43.49/hr Looking for an Engineering Talent Acquisition Recruiter to help attract the best and brightest to our company. This fully remote position is fast paced and you will be joining a fun and cohesive team where you will enjoy every other Friday off. In this role you will provide the highest level of talent acquisition services for the Electronic Systems Sector. You will have the opportunity to advance the clients brand across numerous markets and professional communities while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the clients selection process. Use your full life-cycle recruiting experience to maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community. A wide degree of creativity, near- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required. In this exciting and challenging role you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work with managers to ensure an understanding of job duties, job responsibilities, and required/desired skills during intake meetings
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract additional candidates
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients leaders and other HR team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
  • Prepare candidates for interviewing with clients and specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, business strategy, organization, job descriptions, and expectation-setting.
  • Extend offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of clients policies.
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates and searches through clients applicant tracking tool to ensure being audit-ready at all times.
  • Consult with business on staffing and recruitment policies, ensuring compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity mandates, compensation guidelines and other clients processes.

SKILLS:

  • Must be able to work as part of a geographically dispersed team.
  • Able to handle high volume recruiting
  • Skilled at partnering with managers to establish staffing plans in anticipation of new business
  • Ability to learn and adapt new recruiting ideas, processes, techniques, etc. and be able to manage competing demands, accept constructive feedback, and be adaptable/flexible
  • Must handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures and quickly assimilate technical information and build solutions to the optimal balance of meeting business needs, beating competitors, and operating within financial resource constraints

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Solid recruiting experience targeting core Engineering: Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems, or Computer Science areas
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions, ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location level
  • Experienced in all full life-cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to: sourcing, qualifying candidates, networking, assessing candidates, legal/compliance, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, interview scheduling and closing candidates.
  • Proven ability to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities within an applicant tracking system

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelors degree and minimum of 4 years directly related experience or additional experience in lieu of degree
