Seeking a Technical Recruiter to support a global biopharmaceutical client’s Digital & Technology Solutions organization. This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding within Workday.
Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand needs, developing candidate pipelines, providing recruiting guidance, maintaining communication, utilizing proactive sourcing strategies, and building industry relationships. The recruiter will review resumes, conduct interviews, advise on policies, ensure compliance, and coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings and career fairs.
Qualifications include 3-5 years of IT recruiting experience, proficiency with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, experience managing multiple requisitions, familiarity with HRIS systems (preferably Workday), and strong communication skills. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
