Burnett is currently partnering with a leader in comprehensive IT support, cybersecurity, cloud solutions and technology consulting. They have an immediate need for a 1+ year contract Technical Recruiter/HR Coordinator in their NW Houston office. The role will focus heavily on recruiting, but may also assist the rest of the HR Department with other HR Ops, Benefits/Payroll and Compliance/Reporting duties as time allows.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
  • Assist with full-cycle recruiting tasks, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and ensure a professional and timely hiring experience.
  • Support hiring documentation, recruiting reports, and applicant tracking accuracy.
  • Assist with researching, implementing, and maintaining an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to help streamline and automate the recruitment process, including supporting data entry and system setup.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in IT/Tech focused recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Hours, Location, Pay, etc:
  • Hours will be Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
  • Role is 100% onsite
  • Office is located in NW Houston (77084 zip)
  • Parking IS provided
  • Pay is $30-$31/hr, DOE
  • Position is slated for a 1+ year contract with the potential to go perm OR get extended
