Summary:
We are seeking a junior-level Technical Readiness Analyst with a software engineering background to support hardware-to-data-center compatibility analysis.
In this role, you will leverage internal AI-powered tools to collect, organize, and analyze hardware specifications and data center infrastructure specifications, assess deployment readiness, and generate recommendations for interconnection requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines software, data analysis, and infrastructure knowledge with an interest in AI hardware and large-scale data center environments.
 
Responsibilities:
Spec Collection & Data Management

  • Gather and organize hardware specifications including:

    • Compute

    • Networking

    • Storage

    • Power

    • Cooling

  • Collect and maintain data center infrastructure specifications including:

    • Rack power capacity

    • Cabling standards

    • Network topology

    • Physical layout constraints

Compatibility Analysis

  • Utilize internal AI-powered tools to compare hardware specifications against data center requirements.

  • Evaluate compatibility across:

    • Electrical requirements

    • Thermal requirements

    • Mechanical constraints

    • Spatial limitations

    • Infrastructure readiness

  • Identify deployment gaps, conflicts, and operational constraints.

Interconnection Recommendations

  • Analyze requirements related to:

    • Network cabling

    • Power distribution

    • Thermal envelopes

    • Physical clearances

  • Develop compatibility assessments and recommendations for engineering stakeholders.

AI Tool Utilization

  • Operate and optimize internal AI tools and platforms.

  • Support automation of:

    • Data collection

    • Specification parsing

    • Compatibility validation

  • Provide feedback to tool development teams regarding:

    • Accuracy

    • Usability

    • Feature enhancements

Documentation & Reporting

  • Create structured reports and dashboards summarizing:

    • Compatibility findings

    • Risk assessments

    • Readiness gaps

    • Recommended actions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with:

    • Hardware Engineering

    • Data Center Design

    • Systems Integration

    • Operational Readiness Teams

  • Support NPI milestone reviews and deployment readiness assessments.

 
Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in:

    • Computer Science

    • Software Engineering

    • Electrical Engineering

    • Related technical discipline

OR equivalent practical experience.

  • 1–3 years of experience in:

    • Software Engineering

    • Data Analysis

    • Technical Operations

  • Strong proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work with complex technical specifications and documentation.

  • Ability to quickly learn and adopt new AI tools and software platforms.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-starter capable of independently managing multiple workstreams.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $45.00- $50.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
