Long term contract consulting role for an experience Sr IT Project/Program Manager with experience supporting large technical Marketing and Loyalty programs. 

Client requirements: 
- Work authorization: US Citizen or GC holder
- W2 hourly ONLY  - no c2c
- Prefer local to MN candidates who can come onsite occasionally/hybrid

Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives supporting Marketing and Loyalty programs. You will partner with Engineering, Product, UX, and business stakeholders to drive successful delivery across multiple workstreams.
The ideal candidate is an experienced technical program leader who excels in fast-paced enterprise environments, can manage competing priorities, and effectively communicates with both technical teams and executive leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs spanning multiple engineering and business teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Engineering, Product, UX, Marketing, and other business stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
  • Drive alignment across multiple teams to ensure successful execution and on-time delivery.
  • Facilitate program governance, including executive status reporting and stakeholder communications.
  • Identify and proactively resolve risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to establish roadmaps, delivery strategies, and implementation plans.
  • Track program health, delivery metrics, and key milestones.
  • Promote program management best practices and continuous process improvement.
Must be able to clearly demonstrate:
  • Recent Technical Program Management experience.
  • Enterprise-scale cross-functional program delivery.
  • Strong SDLC and Agile experience.
  • Experience partnering with Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders.
  • Clear examples of managing complex technical initiatives, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
Required  Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, or Technical Project Manager supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Proven experience leading large, cross-functional technical programs involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience managing dependencies across multiple engineering teams and technical workstreams.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and build alignment across organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to both technical teams and executive leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile program management tools.
Preferred Experience: 
  • Experience supporting Marketing Technology (MarTech), Loyalty, CRM, customer engagement, or digital product initiatives.
  • Retail or consumer-facing technology experience.
  • Experience working within large enterprise organizations.
  • Experience coordinating complex technical programs involving multiple systems and cross-functional teams.

The W2 pay range for this type of role is approximately $97.00-104.00 per billable hour. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation. The final rate will be determined by factors such as experience, market trends, and specific job assignments.
