Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of consumer electronics, biocompatibility, and analytical testing. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in program management and thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional, fast-paced environment. This role involves managing multiple projects, engaging with cross-functional partners, and suppliers to drive material selection and biocompatibility testing during the product development process. The successful candidate will also communicate clearly with peers and subject matter experts and assist in building processes and specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- BS or MS in Toxicology, Biomedical Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- 2 years of project management experience in a corporate setting
- Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully and ability to prioritize issues/projects effectively
- Basic understanding of biocompatibility and analytical chemistry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Must have program management, clear communication, and consumer electronics experience
- Experience with biocompatibility and customer safety
- Prior work experience in the consumer electronics industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in the consumer electronics industry
- Good understanding of program development checkpoints
- Science and engineering background (Toxicology, Biomedical Science, Engineering, or related fields)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Partner with cross-functional team members and suppliers to drive selection of biocompatible materials, sample coordination, and coordinate testing throughout the product development process
- Clear and effective communication of biocompatibility goals and findings with cross-functional teams and leadership
- Manage and track analytical testing results and biocompatibility assessment and set up a process to track and communicate efficiently
- Engage with biocompatibility experts and cross-functional teams towards building workflows, processes, and SOPs
