Technical Project Manager
Contract (1 Year + Possible Extension)
Plano, TX (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $45-48 an hour on W2 (DOE)
The primary responsibility of this role is to support company-sponsored security projects involving the integration of access control and video monitoring systems across new building constructions, facility expansions, infrastructure upgrades, and large-scale hardware refresh initiatives throughout North America.
The role requires close collaboration with multiple internal teams and external vendors to plan, execute, and successfully deliver projects of varying scope, size, and priority.

Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Security Access Control and Video Management Systems (VMS).
Knowledge of building construction processes, including drawing reviews, construction methodologies, and field inspections.
Experience with enterprise security platforms such as Lenel S2 and Milestone XProtect.
Practical installation experience with:
Card readers
Security cameras
Guardhouses
Turnstiles
Speed lanes
Road gates
Experience implementing projects using Agile methodologies.
Experience working in both administrative and manufacturing environments.
Exposure to AI frameworks and technical project management.
