    Description

    Require an experienced Technical Project manager with technical competencies sufficient  to be able to interpret and understand tech-focused features, tech dependencies, and be able to translate into a project plan aligned with the roadmap & goals and execute/monitor against the plan.

     

    • Steers execution on defined, project-level goals for medium-to-high complexity Projects.
    • Works within and across team(s) to anticipate, track, and resolve risks and impediments to delivery.
    • Participates with product and engineering leaders to build implementation roadmaps.
    • Provides and consolidates inputs for leadership updates; facilitates meetings with leadership on delivery status and key decisions needed to support project delivery.
    • Identifies and executes on opportunities for improvements to the delivery process; works with relevant teams to redesign process flows.
    • Tracks and interprets relevant OKR/KPIs; identifies key insights & next steps.
    • Participates in PI planning meetings and other Agile ceremonies for team/teams. Contributes to prioritization discussions and pressure tests plans for feasibility, capacity, and risk.
    • Drives coordination, collaboration, and alignment between Product Owners, Architects, and Engineers to meet regulatory and technical requirements.
    • Monitors and ensures compliance with SDLC standards.
    • Facilitates and plans change management and release management activities.
    • Identifies and addresses complex inter-team technical dependencies, bridges gaps in technical management.
    • Collaborates with Engineering teams to drive alignment architectural approach and technical strategy to execute delivery.
    • Responsible for tracking delivery, and activities related to medium to high complexity initiatives by adding to design discussions, issue resolution, and removing obstacles to ensure program goals are met.
    • Embraces the Technology SDLC process and role models a continuous improvement mindset.
