CTG is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with deep hands-on expertise in Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) to lead an enterprise Zero Trust transformation initiative. This role combines technical leadership with project management, requiring the ability to design, validate, and implement Zscaler solutions while driving project execution from planning through deployment. Location: Remote Duration: Ongoing Contract Duties: Lead the end-to-end rollout of ZIA and ZPA across the enterprise. Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risks, and executive status reporting. Configure and validate ZIA policies, including URL filtering, SSL inspection, DLP, and cloud application controls. Design and implement ZPA application segments, policies, and connector architecture. Partner with Security, Network, Identity, and Endpoint teams to align Zero Trust access strategies. Coordinate Zscaler Client Connector deployment using Jamf and Microsoft Intune. Support Okta integration, device posture, and conditional access initiatives. Lead migration planning from legacy VPN solutions to Secure Service Edge (SSE). Create technical documentation and compliance artifacts supporting Cyber Essentials Plus (CE+), SOC 2, or ISO 27001. Identify technical risks, resolve implementation challenges, and ensure successful project delivery. Skills: Hands-on expertise with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA). Strong knowledge of Zero Trust architecture, SSL inspection, DLP, and secure remote access. Experience with Okta, Jamf, Microsoft Intune, and endpoint security. Excellent project planning, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication abilities. Experience: 5+ years of technical project management experience leading enterprise security or network transformation projects. Proven experience configuring and supporting ZIA and ZPA environments. Experience supporting compliance frameworks such as CE+, SOC 2, or ISO 27001. Experience migrating organizations from traditional VPN solutions to SSE architectures. Zscaler certifications (ZDTA, ZDTP, or equivalent) are preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
