Technical Project Manager
Salary: $120-135K DOE
Located in Baton Rouge, LA
We’re hiring a Technical Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise information systems across a variety of client projects in structured, compliance-heavy environments. You’ll guide teams through full SDLC execution, oversee document and data management platforms, and refine processes to ensure repeatable, high-quality results. This role involves mentoring technical staff, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, and evaluating new technologies to drive operational efficiency. Experience with tools like SharePoint, Kofax, FileNet, OpenText, or IBM DataCap is helpful, along with comfort using Microsoft or similar project tools. A background in managing technical teams, strong communication skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset are key. Bonus if you’ve worked in regulated sectors or hold a PMP.
