About PAC Group:

At The PAC Group (PAC), we specialize in engineering consulting, program management, and operational excellence—delivering high-impact solutions in more than 20 countries. We’re proud to partner with the world’s leading companies in automotive, aerospace, industrial, and technology sectors, providing strategic guidance and hands-on execution that drive innovation and efficiency. Whether we’re launching advanced manufacturing systems, deploying digital simulation tools, or scaling global operations, PAC thrives at the intersection of technology, engineering, and problem-solving.

Joining PAC means joining a dynamic, fast-paced, and global team that values curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Role Purpose:

  • Successful track record of delivering multiple complex automotive technical projects in parallel
  • High degree of understanding of vehicle testing and development. You should understand system interactions and dependencies
  • Familiarity with prototype or pre-production vehicle testing and development

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in project management and a Bachelor's in Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in resource management software (e.g., JIRA) to develop project plans and track asset availability against timelines
  • Expert level ability to structure boards, workflows, and dashboards that provide real time visibility into project health without creating "admin debt" for engineers
  • A "closer" mentality with a high sense of ownership. You are known for closing loops without supervision and preventing scop creep in fast moving environments
  • Calm under pressure, concise in communication, and capable of synthesizing shifting priorities into a clear path forward

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Background in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in a startup or high growth "execution first" environment
  • Familiarity with vehicle development cycles and prototype hardware management
  • Experience with autonomous vehicle platforms and software development

The salary range for this position is dependent upon experience, education, and qualifications.

Pay Range

$155,000 - $165,000USD
