Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst – Remote

Job Type: Contract (90 Days)
Schedule: Flexible - 40 hours/week

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst to bring structure and clarity to the build of a complex SaaS platform in the healthcare compliance space.

You’ll play a critical role in bridging business requirements and engineering execution—working closely with a subject matter expert and development team to turn a working prototype into a production-ready product within a rapid 90-day timeline.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys building process and structure from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate business requirements into clear, developer-ready user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Define and document:

    • End-to-end workflows

    • User journeys

    • Edge cases and business rules

  • Organize and structure product scope across core application features and workflows

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog

  • Lead sprint planning and drive delivery against a 90-day MVP timeline

  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, SME, and engineering

  • Ensure alignment between product vision and delivered functionality

  • Lead QA/UAT efforts and validate outputs against requirements

  • Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early and proactively

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or hybrid roles

  • Proven experience delivering SaaS or workflow-driven applications

  • Strong ability to turn complex, ambiguous concepts into structured, executable plans

  • Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare, compliance, or regulated industries

  • Familiarity with data-intensive or document-heavy platforms

  • Exposure to AI-enabled products or emerging technologies
