Position Overview

Must have SAAS experience, client handling / interactions experience, payment and processing experience

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage multiple concurrent technology implementation projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive successful project delivery across cross-functional teams.
This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively coordinate resources, manage project governance, negotiate priorities with stakeholders, and ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple IT implementation projects simultaneously (typically 5–8 active projects at any given time).
• Drive project execution from initiation through closure, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, budget, and scope.
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, status reporting, risk management, and issue resolution processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional, cross-departmental, and cross-company teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and project documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Collaborate and negotiate with internal stakeholders to align priorities, secure resources, and meet critical project deadlines.
• Track project performance metrics and provide regular status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or Technical Project Manager managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong project governance, planning, execution, and delivery management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage 5–8 implementation projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong negotiation and collaboration abilities with business and technical teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex technology environments.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple workstreams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certifications.
• Experience managing enterprise-level IT implementations and technology transformation initiatives.
