Overview Technical Project Coordinator — Madison, WIDepartment: ProjectsSupervisor: Account ManagerJob Type: Full-timePrimary Function: Complete project coordination duties including, but not limited to, scheduling and communicating with field installation/service technicians, ordering and tracking project materials, directing the installation, maintenance and minor repairs of assorted fire and burglar systems as well as various software, CCTV and phone systems, supporting internal projects personnel for various troubleshooting needs concerning systems operations, hardware and software and operator issues. Accountability: Reports to and receives direction from assigned Project Manager and Projects Department Lead. Regular Contacts: Personnel in all departments and customers, as directed.Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent from a 2-year College or technical school; or at least one-to-two years related field experienceFamiliarity with Partner ACS phone systems, NEC systems, FireLite fire alarm systems, Ademco burglar systems, Genetec DRV solutions, DMPAbility to read, analyze and interpret job specific SOW documents, line drawings, user manuals, etc.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work as part of a teamGood computer skills (Word processing, spreadsheets, database)Good organization skills – ability to perform multiple tasks#J-18808-Ljbffr
