Job summary:
Partner with both business and IT stakeholders to drive large-scale implementations on the KANA platform
Develop and manage detailed delivery plans, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies
Serve as the primary technical liaison for executive sponsors, business owners, and development teams
Facilitate clear, timely decision-making on both technical and programmatic issues
Build trust rapidly and drive alignment across diverse, cross-functional groups
Experience: 15+ Years
Required Skills:
Managing Large Migration Programs, Integration systems management, Technical awareness on SaaS Platform & Services integration.
Experience managing multi-year releases and having product ownership.
Demonstrate hands-on mastery of KANA architecture, customization, integrations, and data migrations
