You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. As the Technical Program Manager, you will collaborate and bring together team members who are building the technological knowledge necessary to assess readiness through a series of communications, reviews, and retrospectives. This information enables other teams to prepare for delivery of capacity using new and existing technologies.
