| Job Description | 1. Lead management of system integrators and third-party vendors for the SAP S/4HANA transformation program, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and deliverables 2. Establish and run vendor governance, including performance tracking, SLAs/KPIs, and escalation management 3. Drive coordination across multiple vendors to ensure seamless delivery across SAP workstreams and dependencies 4. Manage vendor commercials including contracts, change requests, invoicing, and cost optimization 5. Monitor vendor risks, quality, and delivery outcomes, ensuring accountability through regular reviews and corrective actions |
